Step 1: Locate Mounting Positions 1. Locate mounting positions on each side inner rocker panel. 2. Clean the sealant and dirt around mounting positions. Step 2: Install Brackets 1. Align bracket with factory threaded holes under the vehicle. 2. Assemble driver side brackets with T-screws, flat washers and hex nuts, do not fully tighten at this time. 3. Attach the driver side brackets bracket to the vehicle and secure with these hardware. 4. Repeat this step to install the other brackets. Step 3: Install Step Bar on Brackets 1. With assistance, lift up step bar and attach on brackets. 2. Line up mounting holes on bracket and step bar. 3. Connect the bracket to the side step. 4. Repeat to install the other side. Step 4: Tighten and Check 1. Tighten all hardware. Tighten bolts on vehicle first and then the step bar. 2. After running boards are installed, periodically check to ensure all mounting hardware remains tight and secure. Warning Do not modify or disassemble this product in any way.
